Payment Schedule & Information

A deposit of $750 per child* is required within 7 days of program acceptance to secure enrollment.
Security Fee: $1,500 per family (tax deductible)
$2,500 of tuition is applied to our scholarship fund and is tax deductible.
All tuition payments are processed through our FACTS System. Registration deposits are submitted via Zelle or check.
1st tuition payment is due August 1st or 15th and can be setup as 1 payment (August), 2 payments (August and December) or 10 monthly payments (August-May). All late payments will incur a $30 late payment fee.
Alternative payment schedules available upon request. Please inquire about tuition assistance. Scholarships are available based on need and availability, no child will be turned away due to financial hardship.

We are unable to offer refunds for early withdrawals or closures due to facility or weather related problems. Partial refunds will be issued for extended closures in the case of a pandemic, Gd forbid.

*Payments and registrations received after January 31 require a $925 deposit ($750 applied towards tuition + $175 registration fee). Deposits are non-refundable.
